- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I am beyond furious! The Willow Street delivery service of packages is worse than poor, complaints by phone and in person over the past 2 years have done no good whatsoever.! They are for the most part INCAPABLE of ringing my apartment number when there are packages. Bad enough that they will not deliver to my apartment door I cannot even get them to ring my buzzer so I will go down to the lobby. July 14 2017 was the last straw!! I paid extra for 2-day delivery of MEDICAL EQUIPMENT to arrive today. I DID NOT GET MY PACKAGE. I GOT A PINK SLIP. July 13th was another Pink Slip for another package. Again I sat home all day waiting!!! Tracking Details indicate "NO DELIVERY LOCATION AVAILABLE" - I have not left my apartment for 4 days in anticipation of this first package arriving! within the last TWO WEEKS I have received Pink Slips for FIVE packages.
